Description:
The quest "A Curse We Cannot Break" (ID: 26720) is currently bugged. The NPC is spawning inside a wall and cannot be attacked. Normally, he should appear on the pedestal inside the house, waiting for his prey.

Hello, I guess he got buggued in the wall because someone or you got agroo and he stayed in the wall but his respawn place is correct. I tested it just now in live server, even in the wall I did can complete quest using the potion. I killed it so he respawn in his place again so you can complete the quest now.
