FS#968 - Can't save watchmen, "Gasping for Air" Quest ID: 14395

When trying to save the watchmen from drowning, they keep getting stuck to my shoulder. The first one worked fine, but every other since just doesn't. Makes the quest undoable. Some of them are also completely unable to be picked up. This makes the further progression of the worgen questline impossible.

EDIT: It is doable, but you need to go to exactly on top of the npc that gives you the quest to place them down, And even that needs to be done a few times, the area where it works seems to be pretty small. So just increase the radius a bit I guess? This bugs severty should be lowered to low.
