Quest ID# 30271 and 30695
Both quests need Anduin Wrynn. He is not spawning to complete quests. Abandoned quests but he is the quest giver, so I can no longer get quests.

Finally respawned after a while. Not sure if you can make it to where he will always respawn when in the camp somehow?
