FS#546 - Mulgore, NPC's don't move correctly or read health amounts correctly when already in combat.

NPC's in Mulgore do not move correctly nor do they read the correct HP amounts when in combat with other NPC's. Only issue I've seen so far, maybe throughout server, but Mulgore only for now.
