FS#504 - First Aid

Leveling first aid. Can't seem to hit the craft button for Stabilize, Treat Burns or Treat fever. not sure if I need to do a quest but nothing popped up at the trainer.

To use this you need to talk to a Wounded Soldier and pick the dialog option to Stabilize him/her, not craft the item from your First Aid tab.

Took me a bit to find this quest, Website says they are rare. Picked up quest, got my 1st aid items, checked for the NPC up and down this Clift face. He doesn't seem to be here.

-Tried to /tar the NPC
