FS#962 - Missing location marker for "Gorat's Vengeance" quest, Quest ID: 13621

Ashenvale quest, you're supposed to use Gorats blood to kill a named enemy, but the marker showing you the location of the corpse is missing (as if its in a different area, even though its not). Added is a screenshot showing me right next to the body and still nothing showing on the right where the quests are.
