World Quest - The Mob was there to kill, I killed it, it dropped the quest reward.
It Did not count as completed.
It did not count toward the Quest "The World Awaits".
Killed the mob a 2nd time just to make sure.

Its because you completed it just. Its a visual bug, you need to relog and it will show ok.
