Cannot attack NPC's after warning Sylvanas. May have the same issue on Alliance?
I tried deleting my Cache, restarting WoW and /reload.

Turns out, it fixes itself after using "Fel Rush" through an enemy. But without that, it doesn't allow attacking.
You have to turn on pvp for doing that quests, when you try to attack enemies it tells you it in the middle of your screen in red text.
