FS#369 - WOD - Grim Depot Instance Bugged

The instance will not progress after killing Railmaster Rocketspark & Borka the Brute - rendering the instance inert.

The dungeon guide doesn't even identify them as dead, though on occasion they do drop their loot. The more important matter in the inability to continue.
