FS#367 - WOD - Garrison - Inn does not work

In the WOD expansion Garrisons, there is an option for an Inn, which is supposed to give dungeon quests and an innkeeper who helps you recruit followers for the garrison every day.

While she offers the quest to do the recruitment - it bids you to talk to her to recruit one and nothing happens, rendering the inn impossible to use or progress.

Further, the dungeon quests seem to not work either, have only seen two and they don't rotate as they should, and both quests - "Cold Steel" and "Family Traditions" have no ability to complete them upon doing their relevant dungeons, on heroic or otherwise.

This goes the same for their daily variants, so called "Cold Steel II" and "Family Traditions II"
