FS#429 - WOTLK - Hope Within the Emerald Nightmare - No ground spawns

In this quest you go to Moonglade and the NPC Keeper Remulos puts you into the emerald dream/nightmare to loot 3 acorns

however, the acorns are not spawning, rendering the quest impossible.
