FS#480 - Achievement - Higher Learning

I ran around and found all but one of the books for this achievement. It took me a few days. (I didn't know the books had a 1+- min cooldown to spawn on this server). I sat at the last book I need and it just wont spawn. (attached)

The book is spawning, it has respawn time 2-3 mins. I tested it in game and its working good.
