FS#455 - Halloween Event - "Let the Fires Come!" Azuremyst Isle

Al aceptar la quest "Let the Fires Come!" el jinete decapitado no aparece y por ende no se puede hacer, ya que deberia comenzar a quemar la zona y luego apagado el incendio, baja para pelear con os jugadores, adjunto un enlace de video donde se ve ello.
