the quest is a little bugged but once completed there is nowhere to turn it in

You have to go to dalaran and you take the portal to netherwing and so you can see the npc for completing it.

i have tried using both the portals to netherlight and there is still nowhere to turn it in

i did the quest 5 times to get it to completed status and i discovered if u pick up the quest from the netherlight temple acolyte stronghold quest guide the first 2 objectives will not complete. you have to pick up the quest from Velen at the antonidas memorial in dalaran and use the portal to netherlight under dalaran in the chamber of the guardian.
after getting it to completed status i did it 2 more times but still cant turn it in.
